Step 1. Call our enrolment officer on 07 3385 1666 to arrange an interview time.
Step 2. Collect an enrolment pack from the office, or email enrolments@humpybongss.eq.edu.au . Paperwork completion prior to your interview is appreciated.
Step 3. Attend the interview at Humpybong SS with your child or children. Required documentation includes:
- Your child/ren's birth certificate
- Photo Identification of at least one parent or caregiver
- Proof of Residency - two forms of proof of residency - HSS has an enrolment management plan External link.
- Completed enrolment forms
